(Idaho Distance Education Academy)- Permit for tenant improvements to an existing 2,596 sq. ft. tenant space increasing the square footage to 3,209 sq. ft. with work to include the removal of part of an existing demizing wall and the construction of approximately 38 lineal feet of new non-bearing demizing wall per the approved plans. "This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department."
