Demo existing piping. Reinstallation required immediately after the repair work is completed. A new permit is required for reinstallation prior to the commencement of work.
(FALCON BUILDING-RIVER ROOM & CANOPY FIRE REPAIR) To repair 480 square foot portion of an existing 38,057 square foot, three story, building damaged in a fire. Fire damage repair work is located on the South side of the building on the main level. Work to include: Repair damaged roofing, roof structure, glass and frames, ceiling and framing, lighting, electrical, related interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC and all other work per the approved plans and the structural inspectors approvals.
