The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of adding new sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.


Building Department Scope:

Permit is to divide an existing 11,303 square foot office space to create a 9,141 square foot Stewart Title office tenant space and a 2,162 square foot vanilla TI space (BLD11-00163). Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: [construction of interior non-bearing walls to create seven additional offices, isolate this space from the newly created space, and create a larger conference room], installation of new accessible doors / hardware, minor electrical, minor mechanical, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
