Add one sprinkler due to a new wall.

"Common area Conference" Minor tenant improvement permit to create a 386 sq. ft. common conference room area on the second floor. The existing 667 sq. ft. suite 225 will be reduced in size by 386 sq. ft. and the remaining 286 sq. ft. will become part of suite 290 making it a total of 1,908 sq. ft. No occupancy of suite 290 is allowed under this permit. A separate permit is required for occupancy of suite 290. Work will include the installation of approximately 16 lineal feet of interior nonbearing partition wall and related interior finishes. This building is fully sprinklered for one hour substitution. "This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department."
