The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of adding three sprinklers due to new wall and ceiling configuration.


Building Department Scope:

(DRJ – Garden Plaza – Ste # 201) Permit is to build out for the first time a 368 square foot office space in an existing shell (Shell # BLD07-03134). Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: construction of interior non-combustible full height partition walls to separate this space from the rest of the floor, new light switching, new accessible door / hardware, installation of ducts and diffusers, installation of new millwork, installation of new break room sink, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**

Fire Sprinkler System Design/Spacing:

The existing system is a 3” x 3” x 1½” grid. The new sprinklers are being added on a one for one basis. Therefore, new hydraulics were not necessary.
