Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: [construction of non-combustible interior non-bearing walls to create an additional office, a conference room, and to isolate this new space off from the rest of the adjacent tenant space], installation of new accessible doors / hardware, relocating lights, relocation of mechanical ducts and diffusers, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC.
