Adding, relocating and plugging sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration. The existing system is a 2" loop supplied from two standpipes.
(COSHO HUMPHREY – MK Plaza – Ste# 790) Permit is to expand an existing 7,238 square foot office space (Last occupied permitted under BLD05-00102) by 857 square feet into the adjacent tenant space. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: [construction of non-combustible interior non-bearing walls to create an additional office, a conference room, and to isolate this new space off from the rest of the adjacent tenant space], installation of new accessible doors / hardware, relocating lights, relocation of mechanical ducts and diffusers, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system.
