The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of installing approximately 213’± of 6” C900 piping with associated fittings and thrust blocks.


Building Department Scope:

Primary Health - To construct a new 5,275 square foot, one story, wood framed medical office building and related site improvements. This building will contain a reception and waiting area, offices, exam rooms, x-ray room, procedure room, five accessible restrooms and a break room. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. JCM


Fire Sprinkler System Design/Spacing:
Hydraulic calculations have not been submitted at this time. Therefore, correct pipe sizes cannot be verified. Hydraulic calculations shall be supplied at a later date. If the hydraulic calculations determine the underground pipe size is, inadequate it will be the responsibility of the contractor to replace the piping with the correct size before a final occupancy permit will be issued.
