The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of replacing recalled sprinklers with new sprinklers. All spacing and piping is to remain the same.


Building Department Scope:

Permit is to remodel an existing 57,015 square foot supermarket (Originally permitted under BLD98-02505). Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and attached structural calcs. Work to include: construction of new customer service counters at the existing pharmacy, installation of new suspended walls at dairy cooler, placement of new roof top equipment, add new plumbing (floor drains / floor sinks), installation of new accessible door / hardware, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. Any racking installed exceeding 8 ft. in height will require a separate racking permit. **TLW**
