Associated building permit: BLD11-00373 (THE WELL – Garden Plaza – Ste # 202) Permit is to build out for the first time a 803 square foot office space in an existing shell (Shell # BLD07-03134). Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: [construction of interior non-combustible full height partition walls to create two offices, a waiting area, and a beak room], new light switching, new accessible doors / hardware, installation of ducts and diffusers, installation of new millwork, installation of new break room sink, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
