The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of add and relocate sprinklers due to new wall configuration.


Building Department Scope:

Permit for tenant improvements to an existing tenant space with work to include the construction of new interior nonbearing walls to create three new massage rooms and a break room, installation of six nail stations, installation of six foot massage stations, reconfiguration of the existing lighting and all related interior finishes. All work per the approved plans. "This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department." Fire Sprinkler System Design/Spacing:

Existing 2” branch piping
