This fire alarm permit is to replace the existing fire alarm system with a new panel to accommodate an elevator upgrade. The permit scope of work shall include a new fire alarm panel, pull station, a smoke above the FACP, smoke and heat detectors for elevator recall/shunt operations, sprinkler system monitoring, and elevator recall/shunt activation/monitoring. No HVAC has been indicated as being part of this scope of work. If HVAC/duct detectors are required and/or installed, a plan modification shall be required. There is no associated building permit.
