The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of adding sprinklers due to new wall configuration.



Building Department Scope:

Contractor’s Note: The building permit has not been issued at this time. The building department may determine that changes are required to the building plans in order to meet code. These changes may affect the sprinkler system. The sprinkler contractor will be required to make all necessary changes that may be required. Therefore, if the sprinkler contractor chooses to proceed without an issued building permit they will do so on their own cognizance.


Fire Sprinkler System Design/Spacing:

The system is existing grid with 1½” and 2” lines with 4” mains. Sprinklers with similar characteristic are being used; therefore, new hydraulic calculations are not required.
