The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of adding sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling construction. The system is a tree with a 2½” main and 1” branch lines. The project is located on the third floor of a three-floor building.


Building Department Scope:

( River Park Office Building – Ste # 350) Permit is to remodel an existing 4,852 square foot office space by separating the space into two tenant spaces, this space is 3,255 square feet and the west end left over is 1,597 square feet. This building is fully fire sprinklered for one-hour substitution. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and plan review report. Work to include: [installation / demolition of interior partition walls to create 11 offices, 3 storage rooms, a break room, a copy room, a conference room, and a reception area], installation of a new ceiling, relocating existing lighting, installation of new light switching, installation of new doors / accessible hardware, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department.**TLW**
