This fire alarm permit is to provide a manual and automatic detection system that is not required by IFC however has been requested by the owner. The panel is a combination fire alarm/burglar alarm panel with signals being transmitted via an AES RF radio w/ IntelliTap instead of a DACT reporting system. This permit scope shall include a pull station at the tenant entrance, a remote annunciator, automatic detection throughout the tenant space, and notification throughout. HVAC monitoring/shutdown was not indicated on the plans. If duct detectors are provided/required, a plan modification shall be required to connect them to the fire alarm panel. There is no associated building permit.
