This quick permit is to provide a duct detector for HVAC shutdown/monitoring due to a tenant improvement. The duct detector will be tied in to the existing addressable fire alarm system but is not being powered from the FACP. There are no written review comments. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase and non-separated use. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and plan review report. Work to include: [construction of interior partition walls to create a receiving three private offices, a reception area, a copy room, and an exit corridor area], installation of a new hi/low drinking fountain, installation of new lighting, installation of new accessible sales and service counter, installation of new doors / accessible hardware, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
