The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of relocating 4 sprinklers and adding 1 sprinklers. The sprinklers are being changed/added due to deficiencies found during the annual inspection. The existing construction is bar joist with top and bottom chord of wood 48” oc. Therefore, the spacing can be up to 168 Sqft. The original hydraulic calculations were .06/3424. The larger area was presumably to compensate for the non-sprinklered combustible crawl space. The original flow test was S-60, R-30 & Q-1900.


Building Department Scope:

There is no associate building permit. The work is to correct inspection deficiencies. The original shell and core was 1980.
