Associated building permit: BLD10-02863 Department of Treasury-IRS-- Permit for tenant improvements on the 4th floor (suite 430) in an existing tenant space with work to include the removal of one interior non-bearing partition wall to divide one large room into two smaller offices and the installation of related interior finishes per the approved plans. "This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department."
