The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of adding sprinklers in a couple of new offices and restrooms. Additional, sprinklers are being added due to a new tenant-demising wall.


Building Department Scope:

Permit is to split an existing 6,311 square foot retail space into two tenant spaces; the east space will be 3,896 square feet and the west space will be 2,415 square feet. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: installation of new non-rated tenant separation wall, installation of new separate sex accessible restrooms, installation of a new mop sink, installation of a hi / low drinking fountain, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
