Scope of work includes set up and anchoring per engineering & plans; to construct a new aluminum ramp, platform, stairs, handrails and edge protection systems providing shared accessibility access compliance for two relocatable classrooms. See BLD11-00825 for 2nd relocatable. There are no plumbing facilities in this unit. An existing accessible route from this relocated unit to the existing Multi-Purpose Building will provide access to existing restrooms facilities for students and staff. There are no changes to the existing building envelope beyond maintenance of siding & finish. Existing interior lighting fixtures to remain with changing of lamps and ballasts as allowed in 2009 IECC, Sec 101.4.3, Exc. #8. New battery pack exit sign and emergency lighting for interior room and at exterior landings being installed.
