Description |
The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of approximately 160± of polybutylene piping. The overhead sprinkler system will be under a separate permit.
Building Department Scope:
Permit for the construction of a new 3,388 sq. ft., two-story (first story 2,926 sq. ft., second story 462 sq. ft.) with 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, approximately 252 sq. ft. of covered patio/porch and a 1,270 sq. ft. attached garage per the approved plans, plan review report and any notations. Fire Protection: A residential modified 13D sprinkler system IS required. In addition to the requirements of NFPA 13D there shall be one additional row of sprinklers at the separation wall between the garage and living space. This structure is located in WUI zone A. A letter from the applicant’s geotechnical engineer indicating that the footing sub-grade is acceptable must be approved by Public Works prior to scheduling a footing inspection.
