Add and relocated sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling construction for a new TI.

(JAMBA JUICE) Remodel for a 1,369 sq. ft. juice/smoothie business on first floor of existing high-rise building per approved plans. Work to include: demolition work per plans; install a relocated walk-in freezer; install a new slider window at the 2nd floor; installation of a acoustical suspended ceiling system; interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC; mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work; and all other work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and all other reviewing agencies approvals. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for high-rise provisions. Any alterations or modifications to the fire sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department and will require a separate permit. A new Certificate of Occupancy with the new occupant load total is required to be obtained after all work has been inspected and approved and prior to tenant occupying this space. **SRZ**
