This fire alarm permit is to provide three new horn/strobes due to a tenant improvement. An existing spare NAC is being used to re-circuit some existing notification as well as the new devices to provide less of a voltage drop for the circuits.
Associated building permit: BLD11-00760 (SENATOR CRAPO – One Front Street – Ste # 205) Permit is to remodel an existing 2,150 square foot office tenant by expanding 535 square feet into the adjacent tenant space. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and plan review report. Work to include: [installation / demolition of interior partition walls to create a larger office, larger work room, large conference room, and a server closet] and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
