This fire alarm permit is to provide one new and relocate one existing notification device and change its candela rating to accommodate a tenant remodel.

Associated building permit: BLD11-01720 (SAGE INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL OF BOISE) This building is fully sprinklered with alarm system. To divide existing 860 sq. ft. school classroom into two separate 430 sq. ft. classrooms for elementary school grade. Work will include construction of a non-bearing wall, approximately 21' - 6" in length, from floor to bottom of existing ceiling. Wall will be braced to structure above with alternating braces at 4' o.c. There will be no electrical, plumbing or mechanical in the new wall. The original classroom was created as part of BLD10-01112. Separate applications, plans and permits are required before any modifications to existing sprinkler system and alarm system begin, as regulated by the fire department. drs
