Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file, redlines, and plan review report. Work to include: [construction of interior non-combustible walls to create seven new offices, a therapy room, and a conference room], relocation of lighting, new light switching, installation of new doors / accessible hardware, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department.**TLW**
