Work to include: demolition of existing non-bearing walls, construction of new interior non-bearing wall, installation of a new lighting, minor electrical work, minor mechanical work, and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system.
