(BOISE – 1st FLR REMODEL) Minor remodel to create additional individual offices from open office area. Work to include: construction of one non-combustible full height partition wall, demo an existing print room, new light switching, new accessible door / hardware, relocate duct and diffuser, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department.
