This fire alarm permit is to extend the existing fire alarm system in to the tenant improvement area. Included in the scope of work is full coverage notification and a new NAC expander panel to accommodate the new devices.

This building is fully fire sprinklered for one hour substitution. Scope of work includes: installation of new non bearing interior partition walls creating three new conference rooms and screening for open office area, demolition of interior nonbearing wall to create open office area, installation of an accessible sales and service counter, installation of new lighting, installation of new accessible doors / hardware, and interior finishes per Ch. 8 of the 2009 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system.
