The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of changing dry pendent sprinklers to a longer length in (4) bathrooms due to new lower ceiling elevation. Additional, sprinklers will be added to the mechanical chases.

(BORAH HIGH SCHOOL - RESTROOM REMODEL) ) 6/21/11 Plan Modification adding restroom upgrades for Industrial Arts/Math Building and Old Gym Building. Remodel to renovate six (6) sets of Men's/Women's core restrooms per current accessibility standards within the existing main school building per approved plans. Work to include select interior demolition within existing restroom perimeter walls and change out single drinking fountains for new HI-LO accessibile unit.To modify existing plumbing, mechanical, electrical and sprinkler system within renovation areas. NOTE: The classroom wings are sprinklered according to our records and separated from the Type V-A construction of the Cafeteria, Admin, Library area by 2-hour area separation walls as part of a 1991 Building Permit, BLD1039048. drs
