This building is fully fire sprinklered for substitute for one hour construction for the existing portions of the building. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: [construction of interior nonbearing walls to create a new office and to infill existing openings], installation of new doors and hardware, infill an existing opening between two floors (new construction to comply with one hour, minor lighting changes, and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2009 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department.**TLW**
