Building Department Scope:

(BIOMAT USA) Permit is to remodel an existing 9,098 sq. ft. office tenant by combining with the adjacent 2,028 square foot tenant space to create a 11,548 sq.ft. space. This building is sprinklered for building area increase. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: installation of new non-rated walls to create separate sex accessible restrooms and to expand the waiting room, minor demolition, new plumbing, and interior finishes in accordance with Ch. 8 of the 2009 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire department. **TLW**

Fire Sprinkler System Design/Spacing:

The existing system is 4”x2½”x1¼” grid. Original calculations were based on Ordinary Hazard II. The area of this permit is Light Hazard; therefore, additional hydraulic calculations are not required. Original flow test was S-65, R-20, Q-2500
