The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of a new 13R antifreeze sprinkler system for six apartments. The two systems will have antifreeze protection (48% glycerin) down to a -16. Premix solution is required. The risers are located in an exterior room with exterior access. The underground is 6” to the property line and then 4”x31’ of C-900. There is no meter since this is a dedicated fire protection supply. There is a 2” RP backflow preventer with 2” SCH 40 steel risers and CPVC telescoping branch piping. The extended coverage sprinklers are spaced at 20’x20’

To construct a 3,804 sq. ft., 2-story, 6 unit, Type VB wood frame construction, R-2 Occupancy Group Apartment building. Units "A, B, D & E" are 542 sq. ft. and ADA unit and "C" unit are 521 sq. ft. All ground floor units to comply as Type "B" accessible units served by an accessible route to, into and throughout unit.
