This fire alarm permit is to replace an existing non-functioning fire alarm panel with new and reconnect existing fire alarm devices to the new panel. An existing non-required notification device and its wiring are to be removed. This permit scope shall include a new smoke detector above the FACP, a new remote annunciator, sprinkler monitoring, HVAC shutdown/monitoring, and fire pump monitoring. There is no associated building permit. There is an early start agreement associated with this permit.
