This fire alarm permit is to extend the existing manual fire alarm system in to a new tenant space. This scope of work includes notification only (manual pull stations are not required because the building is fully sprinklered and there is an existing pull station located at the sprinkler riser). New notification devices are to be tied in to existing NACs.

Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, a single user restroom accessible to the disabled, suspended acoustical ceilings, millwork, interior doors, and finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances.
