The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of adding and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration. The existing system is a 4”x2½”x1½” grid.


Building Department Scope:

(STOLTZ MARKETING GROUP – Forest River – 4th Floor) Permit to remodel an existing 3,193 square foot office space. This building is fully fire sprinklered for one-hour substitution. Scope of work includes: installation of new non bearing interior partition walls creating three new conference rooms and screening for open office area, demolition of interior nonbearing wall to create open office area, installation of an accessible sales and service counter, installation of new lighting, installation of new accessible doors / hardware, and interior finishes per Ch. 8 of the 2009 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
