The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of adding and relocating sprinklers due to new wall and ceiling configuration. New hydraulic calculations were provided since the project is located in the most remote area of a tree system.


Building Department Scope:

(ST. LUKE’S ADMINISTRATION OFFICES – Shoreline Tech Center – NW corner) Minor remodel to remodel a 2,208 square foot area in the NW corner of the existing 71,508 square foot building. Work to include: construction of one non-combustible non-load bearing full height walls (7 offices, 2 conference rooms, and a small open office area), minor demolition of partition walls, installation of new glazing, new lighting, new in ceiling mechanical units, new door / accessible hardware, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
