This fire alarm permit is to provide a new NAC panel and new notification devices to accommodate a tenant remodel. There are no initiating devices associated with this permit scope of work.
Associated building permit: BLD11-01805 (ST. LUKE’S ADMINISTRATION OFFICES – Shoreline Tech Center – NW corner) Minor remodel to remodel a 2,208 square foot area in the NW corner of the existing 71,508 square foot building. Work to include: construction of one non-combustible non-load bearing full height walls (7 offices, 2 conference rooms, and a small open office area), minor demolition of partition walls, installation of new glazing, new lighting, new in ceiling mechanical units, new door / accessible hardware, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
