The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of adding sprinklers from existing outlets to accommodate new wall and ceiling layout. The existing system is 3”x3”x1½” grid. One new small branch line will be added.


Building Department Scope:

(TRAILHEAD CHIROPRACTIC - 1ST STORY - SOUTH END) Fire sprinklers used for code trade-offs. To construct a 1,169 square foot medical office tenant space on the first story of an existing building. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, suspended acoustical ceilings, millwork, interior doors, and finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler and alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. **TLW**
