This fire alarm permit is to provide a new FACP to monitor a sprinkler system and a kitchen hood suppression system. This permit scope of work includes the panel, a pull station, a smoke detector, monitor modules, and a non-required exterior horn/strobe. No HVAC monitoring/shutdown has been indicated on the plans.

Associated building permit: BLD10-02666 (THE ORIGINAL PANCAKE HOUSE) Fire sprinklers used for fire area. To remodel an existing 3,155 square foot restaurant building for a new restaurant tenant. Work is to include 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, 2 grease hoods, 3 steam hoods, interior nonbearing walls, exterior walls, exterior windows, exterior doors, kitchen equipment, millwork, and finishes. Structural work includes a concrete footing, steel columns, expansion anchors, beams, roof joists, shear walls, and hold downs with epoxy anchors. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances.
