Work is to include 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, 2 grease hoods, 3 steam hoods, interior nonbearing walls, exterior walls, exterior windows, exterior doors, kitchen equipment, millwork, and finishes. Structural work includes a concrete footing, steel columns, expansion anchors, beams, roof joists, shear walls, and hold downs with epoxy anchors. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances.
