Work to include: [installation / demolition of interior partition walls to create a reception area, five new offices, a conference room, a file room, and open office area], new lighting, and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. **TLW**
