The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of cutting back 6 sprinklers on the antifreeze loop for the outside canopy and relocating 2 sprinklers by utilizing flex heads.


Building Department Scope:

(IDAHO CENTRAL CREDIT UNION – TERRACE PLAZA - STE 100 – ATM Remodel) Exterior and interior remodel to replace the teller station with an atm machine. Work to include: demolition of existing teller counter, installation of new non-bearing exterior walls, construction of new interior non-bearing partition walls to create a break room and a atm/data room, installation of new atm machine, minor electrical work and interior finishes. Fire sprinklers alleviate requirements for one-hour rated exit corridors and protection of elevator openings in building. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
