The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of arming sprinklers over due to a large space being divided into two spaces. This space will be an empty shell. The sprinklers are being changed to Quick Response K=5.6
Building Department Scope:
(Vanilla Finish – Five Mile Plaza) Permit is to split an existing 3,520 square foot into two tenant spaces; east space will be 1,812 square feet and the west space will be 1,700 square feet. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: construction of new non-rated tenant separation wall, construction of new storefront with two new entrance doors, swap existing RTU’s to new locations, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC. NOTE: THIS SPACE WILL REQUIRE A TENANT IMPROVEMENT BEFORE ISSUANCE OF A C OF O. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
