11/7/11 PLAN MODIFICATION (No initiating devices affected): This plan modification is to implement previous review comments, reflect field modifications, and to replace the existing AES panel with a DSC GSM wireless communicator.

10/11/11:This fire alarm permit is to extend the building manual fire alarm system in to the new tenant space. This permit scope of work includes relocating existing pull stations to new exits, deleting non-required smoke detectors, relocating an existing smoke detector above a new NAC panel, delete add and/or relocate notification to accommodate the new tenant space. No HVAC or door holders are indicated on the plans as part of this permit scope of work. There is an existing AES panel that was installed under FIR10-00112.
Associated building permit: BLD11-01792 (ROCKY MOUNTAIN GYN and HORMONE CENTER – Greystone Building – Ste #110) Permit is to remodel an existing 4,849 square foot medical office (outpatient surgery center) by splitting the space up into two separate tenant spaces, this space would be a 2,620 square foot medical office (non-ambulatory). Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: installation of interior non-load bearing walls full height, lighting changes, installation of new doors and windows, installation of plumbing for a new unisex accessible dressing room, and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2009 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
