The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of relocating and removing sprinklers due to new wall and ceiling configurations. The existing system is a tree with 2” main and 1¼" branch lines.


Building Department Scope:

(DAVIES MOORE – Boise City National Bank Bldg – Ste # 300) Permit is to remodel an existing 3,807 square foot tenant space on the third floor of a Historic Building. This building is fully fire sprinklered for substitute for one hour construction for the existing portions of the building. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: [construction of interior nonbearing walls to create additional offices, a multimedia room, a break room, and to infill existing openings], installation of new doors and hardware, minor lighting changes, installation of plumbing, installation of an electric range, and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2009 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department.**TLW**
