(HP BLDG 7 - BREAKROOM EXPANSION) Permit for minor tenant improvements to an existing 141,667 sq. ft. building #7 with work to include the expansion of the existing break room. Approximately 50 lineal feet of interior nonbearing wall will be constructed, misc. ceiling grid work and related interior finishes. The existing lighting is being reconfigured with no increse in wattage. All work per the approved plan. "This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department."
