Work to include select interior demolition within the unit; interior non-combustible framing, non-bearing walls; lateral support for and installation of new 15'-6" and 9'-0" glass sliding wall dividers; new vent free Lenear Fireplace per IMC & manufacture's listing / installation instructions; interior door, cabinets & counters all per approved drawings and plan check conditions attached to plans and on file. All existing fire resistive assemblies shall be maintained as originally required and approved for tis building and subsequent tenant space build-out. drs
