This fire alarm permit is to add and relocate notification devices to accommodate a tenant remodel. There are no initiating devices included in this permit scope of work.
Associated building permit: BLD11-01759 (PETSMART – Charities Adoption Center) Minor remodel to convert a portion of the Pet Motel to an adoption center. This tenant was recently built out under BLD09-01275. Scope of work to include: installation of full height partition walls, installation of new play area for the pets, installation of a cat room, installation of two meet and greet rooms, installation of non accessible benches, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
