The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of adding and relocating sprinklers due to new wall and ceiling configuration. The system is a 2½”x2”x1¼” grid.


Building Department Scope:

(CRI ADVANTAGE) Permit for minor tenant improvements to an existing 5,807 sq. ft. office tenant space with work to include the removal of some interior nonbearing walls, removal of two showers, construction of some new interior nonbearing partition walls to create 5 new office spaces, break room, server room, copy area and a 374 sq. ft. conference room with related interior finishes per the approved plans, any notations and the plan review report. All interior walls shall be of noncombustible construction. "This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department."
