The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of adding protection above and below four canopies by utilizing antifreeze systems. Each riser is equipped with a reduced pressure backflow preventer.


Building Department Scope:

(SHELL & CORE – Unisex restroom – Pioneer Tent Bldg) Permit is to add a new unisex restroom to an existing historical building. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: construction of new wood framed walls to create a unisex accessible bathroom, minor sprinkler work, new plumbing, minor electrical, and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2009 IBC. This building is partially Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
