12-28-11 PLAN MODIFICATION (devices affected): This plan modification is to correct the location of the tenant from the previously incorrect position, incorporate redline/review comments, and show new configuration of notification devices.

11-25-11: This fire alarm permit is to add and relocate notification to accommodate a tenant remodel and relocate a pull station. New devices are to be tied in to existing circuits.
Associated building permit: BLD11-01490 (HP – Bldg 3 & 5 link – DR. CRUMP) Permit is to remodel to an existing open office area to now be a dentist office. Work to include: [construction of one non-combustible full height partition walls to: separate this dentist area from the other areas, to create a unisex restroom, create a waiting room, a sterilization room, and screen four different chair areas], new light switching, new accessible doors / hardware, relocate duct and diffuser, install new plumbing, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system.
