The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of adding, relocating and deleting sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.



Building Department Scope:

(PETS BEST INSURANCE – Vista / Targee Building – Ste# 100 &101) Permit is to remodel two existing suites for use by one new tenant. This will create a 10,467 square foot tenant space. Building sprinklered for area increase. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: construction of a interior nonbearing walls to create additional isolated offices, minor electrical, installation of new doors / accessible hardware, and interior finishes in compliance w/ Ch. 8 of the 2009 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
